Gazl\u0131 f\u0131r\u0131nlarda ise \u00e7o\u011funlukla yak\u0131t olarak do\u011fal gaz kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Her ne kadar hidrojen pop\u00fcler bir konu olsa da hen\u00fcz hidrojen f\u0131r\u0131nlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in pahal\u0131 bir alternatiftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do\u011fal gaz di\u011fer alternatiflerine g\u00f6re hem ucuz ve hem de temiz bir yak\u0131tt\u0131r. Fakat ayn\u0131 zamanda kontrols\u00fcz olarak kullan\u0131rsa hem tehlikeli hem de pahal\u0131 bir yak\u0131t olabilir. Bu nedenle gerekli g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri ve kontrol y\u00f6ntemleri uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu konuda her \u00fclke ve b\u00f6lge belirli standartlar yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde ve Avrupa da uygulana standart ise EN-746\/2 dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standartlar makinelerin ve ekipmanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in uyulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. EN 746 \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem te\u00e7hizatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerini kapsamaktad\u0131r. EN 746-2 ise Yanma ve yak\u0131tla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sistemler i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenlik kurallar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u0131r\u0131n imalat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 EN 746 standartlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsine h\u00e2kim olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat do\u011fal gaz yakan f\u0131r\u0131nlarda gaz a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in do\u011fal gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 firmalar EN 746-2 standard\u0131n\u0131 denetlemekte ve standarda ayk\u0131r\u0131 en ufak bir uyumsuzlukta gaz a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131na izin vermemektedir. Ayr\u0131ca bilinmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli hususlardan biri de gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerinin kendine ait ve EN 746-2 ye g\u00f6re uyarlad\u0131klar\u0131 End\u00fcstriyel ve B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcketimli Tesisler \u015fartnamelerine gaz hatt\u0131n\u0131n uygunlu\u011funu denetlemeleri gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EN 746-2 de gaz yakma ile ilgili en \u00f6nemli kurallar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde \u00f6zetlememiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar yap\u0131 ve sistemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde malzemelerinin se\u00e7ilmesi ve normal i\u015flemler s\u0131ras\u0131nda maruz kal\u0131nabilecek mekanik, kimyasal ve \u0131s\u0131l y\u00fcklere dayanabilmelidir. Standart kullan\u0131lacak her ekipman\u0131n uymas\u0131 gereken standartlar\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Br\u00fcl\u00f6r (end\u00fcstriyel bek) yak\u0131t\/ hava kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ate\u015flenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli s\u00fcre ve alevin kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in gerekli y\u00f6ntemleri belirtir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yanmam\u0131\u015f yak\u0131tlar\u0131n istenmeden serbest b\u0131rakl\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemleri belirtir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1200 kW \u00fczeri kapasiteler i\u00e7in s\u0131zd\u0131rmal\u0131k kontrol cihaz\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtir.
